Possibly the dirtiest bass you could ever imagine. That's all that needs to be said about it. This had me thinking, how amazing is it that one craze of indie kids could all be so different. You can wear basically the same clothes have the same thoughts but listen to completely different music but still be as indie as each other. I think it's brilliant. It's the most diverse trend I can thing of. It's 'cool' to like standard indie-pop, electro, and folk at the moment, so basically some of the herd who let other people decide what music they listen to, have a broad range to choose from. It amazes me that I can just post basically whatever music I like on this blog and it all equally goes down well. Thank you readers. But what do you prefer? Do you think that indie-pop has had it's day since Roy Stride and his shitty Scouting For Girls got put under the indie umbrella by the mainstream? Are you a fan of electro and are getting very excited that it's coming to the forefront of the indie scene? Or do you think it all sounds the same after a while? Finally are you a fan of the folk? Have you thought it was the best thing since sliced bread not having to hide your love for ukuleles and campfires from your scenester friends? Well share all!

Better late than never right? For me, UK Folk has jumped straight to the top of my most loved list at the moment.
After being played Laura Marling by my girlfriend, then hearing Noah and the Whale (even if I think their album was a bit disappointing), I lapped up everything I could find. I still think hearing Mumford and Sons supporting Laura Marling on her church tour was one of my greatest musical moments thus far.
And through this blog I've found the lovely Tom Williams and the Boat :)
BRILL! I can see what you mean about Noah and the Whale's album. I thought 'Mary' was destroyed on it! I have to say I think a beautiful uk folk song is my favorite too!
